We are the Maintenance Team. Here's what we do:

As the maintenance team at Aventura Lakes, our primary focus is to ensure that all the essential aspects of our community run smoothly. From maintaining utilities and overseeing the pool to keeping the vending machines stocked and functional, we handle the daily necessities that keep our neighborhood comfortable and convenient. We also take care of cleaning and maintaining the gym, ensuring it's always ready for use. Our goal is to create a well-maintained and welcoming environment for everyone in Aventura Lakes, and we take pride in managing the behind-the-scenes operations that contribute to the overall quality of life in our community.

Archile: Maintenance

Archile Cimilien has been a maintenance worker for FirstService Residential since 2011. He grew up in Haiti, and has called the United States home since 2001. He is a father of three girls. He enjoys using his skills to keep Aventura Lakes beautiful every day.

Isabel: Housekeeping

Irma Isabel Giron Velasquez works in community housekeeping. She works hard to keep the community looking beautiful and up to the proper standards. She's always striving to ensure everyone feels good and proud about the work she does and how the community looks. She's met many wonderful residents and enjoys working in this beautiful community. She was born in Honduras. She speak Spanish and a little English. In her free time, she loves spending time with her children and family.
