Aventura Lakes Managers

Hilario "June" Quinones is the Junior Manager here at Aventura Lakes. Having been with FirstService Residential since 2018, he brings years of experience to our community which we are looking forward to using to enhance the neighborhood and service our residents. He began with the company as an Area Specialist, and was trained from the ground up with a background in hotels and hospitality as well as sales, and steadily advanced through the ranks adding experience and expertise along the way. His background includes working in hotels and high-rise luxury condos, where he honed his skills in operations, front desk management, security, and major construction projects. He is an active licensed CAM, Notary, Loan Signing Agent, and has his D security license as well. This is an exciting new chapter in his professional career which he is looking forward to. He is confident that his experience, work ethic and fresh perspective will be invaluable to our community. Outside of work, he is an avid boxing, football and basketball fan. He loves fitness and food though he is still trying to figure out which one he loves more. What he enjoys the most out of life is spending quality time with his family. He is happily married with a 15-year-old son and a 7-year-old daughter: his at home boss. He would love to meet you all so please, stop by and introduce yourself.
