Aventura Lakes Security Team

Frankie Fernandez is the security manager for Aventura Lakes. He has over 14 years of security experience. He hasled  and managed the screening and security operations for the cruise lines such as Norewegian, Carnival and Royal Caribbean in the maritime private security industry. His extensive security experience includes managing the screening process and securing the terminals, by overseeing the embarcation and debarcation of over 10,000 passengers in the Seaports of Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. He also has thorough experience in court house screening operations. He hold experience as a Former Record Specialist for the Appelate Division, for the Civil Court of Miami Dade County. Further experience includes over 8 years as of Director of Security and Public safety experience in the luxury hotel / condominiums. I look forward to showcasing my extensive security expertise and experience and keeping the Aventura Lakes community safe and secure.

Eric Urbina has dedicated his 15 year professional security career to promoting and ensuring the highest quality of safety and security standards. He started with Aventura Lakes back when the Orna Security contract originally started on June  22, 2015. In addition to securing the front entry gate, he also trains any new incoming guards to the highest standards, proper protocols and community expectations. He has strong communication skills, great instincts and an excellent work ethic. For him, its been an honor to work here for so many years. He loves his position and is fully dedicated to this community. He was born in Nicaragua and moved to the United States when he was 7 years old. He's bilingual and speaks both English and Spanish. In his free time, he enjoys going to restaurants and trying new foods. He occasionally goes horseback riding and playing basketball. He has 4 beautiful children: 3 boys and 1 girl.
