Diana Mayerson was born in Eastern Europe, has lived around the world and speaks 5 languages. As a former psychotherapist and current real estate agent, Diana is a consummate professional who brings her strong expertise in interpersonal relationships, communication, negotiation, problem-solving and analytical skills to her real estate career and the Aventura Lakes Board. When she is not busy closing deals for her clients or managing HOA matters, Diana is a hands-on mother to her two young children with Adam Mayerson, a luxury contractor, and her beloved husband of 17 years. Extroverted and sociable, Diana effortlessly connects with clients and builds lasting relationships. She is driven by achieving success and is passionate about the causes close to her heart, which include our special community.
Martin Perelmuter, a resident of Aventura for 25 years, is a devoted husband and father of two boys. With extensive experience as a senior executive in a global ad-tech company, he has led large teams and driven growth, building deep expertise in leadership, financial management, and strategic planning. Martin has also contributed to the community by serving on local boards, including roles as Vice President and President of a condominium association. During his tenure, he oversaw multimillion-dollar projects with a focus on transparency and the well-being of residents. Now, Martin is eager to bring his skills and dedication to the Aventura Lakes Board of Directors. His goal is to foster an inclusive, well-managed, and thriving neighborhood grounded in transparency, respect, and collaboration.
Zachary Shein, a dedicated resident of Aventura Lakes for 21 years, is excited to be part of our board. His goal is to support the growth, harmony, and well-being of the neighborhood by fostering transparency, effective communication, and smart decision-making. He and his wife of nearly 31 years have raised their three adult daughters in Aventura Lakes, experiencing the community's many changes over the years.
With over a decade of experience managing his property portfolio and running a food import business for 25 years, Zachary brings valuable skills to the HOA Board. His expertise, combined with a commitment to collaboration, will enable him to address issues fairly and efficiently for the benefit of all residents. Zachary is passionate about preserving the beauty, safety, and value of the neighborhood. As a board member, he plans to listen to diverse perspectives, encourage open dialogue, and make decisions that reflect the community's needs.
Gustavo Bachman has been a resident of Aventura for 30 years and is married to Marina Blachman. They have four children, Matias, Thomas, Nicholas, and Mia Valentina, and three grandchildren, Liam, Alan, and Ella Sofia. He moved to Aventura Lakes in June 2021 and recently joined the board of directors here. Gustavo was recently elected Aventura city commissioner and re-elected to the Aventura Lakes Board of Directors for a second term, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to serving his community. His community involvement includes roles as past Treasurer of Mystic Pointe Tower 600, past President of Atlantic One at The Point, past Board member of Atlantic Two at The Point, past President of Village by The Bay, and current Board Member of Aventura Lakes. Professionally, Gustavo is a licensed real estate broker, founder of Terrabella Realty, and author of "The Real Estate Diet” showcasing his expertise and innovative approach to the real estate industry.
